Go big or go home: Says Ramiz Raja to the provincial coaches

Ramiz Raja, the Chairman of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), in a virtual conference, gave a clear message to the provincial coaches about improvement in their performances. He said that “People who will do a good job will stay, others will go.

The newly appointed Chairman showed no trust in the performances of the coaches. The president argued that everyone should work well and reconsider their planning to get better performance from the players.” A lot of alterations have been made in Pakistan cricket, therefore, everybody should contribute accordingly. “

I spoke to the Pakistani players and discussed with them the cricket model based on playing cricket without fear. I want to make the national team a great team in the world.” Raja further said.

Following the meeting, there was talk amongst coaches to resign as a whole but it was dropped. The coaches were angry over the “commanding tone” of the PCB’s new chairman.

The coaches were enraged by the new PCB chairman’s “commanding tone.” Following the meeting, there was a discussion among coaches about resigning as a group, but this was rejected immediately.
