Following the most recent weekly update, Mandhana and Deepti have gotten closer to the top rank for batsmen and bowlers, respectively.

Mandhana, who previously held the top spot among ODI batters, rose after leading her team to a recent eight-wicket victory against Sri Lanka in the Asia Cup final in Sylhet, Bangladesh, with an unbeaten 51 off 25 balls.

Mandhana is 13 points behind Australia’s Beth Mooney, now placed first, with 730 rating points.

Deepti won the match after giving up just seven runs in four overs in the championship game, following a three-for-seven performance against Thailand earlier in the tournament.

With 13 kills, Deepti finished with a share of the Asia Cup’s top wicket-taker honors. She has 742 rating points, 14 fewer than England spinner Sophie Ecclestone.

Deepti also earned a spot on the all-rounders’ list, coming in third with 370 rating points, behind Hayley Matthews of the West Indies (377) and Sophie Devine of New Zealand (390).

Renuka Singh, a fast bowler who won Player of the Match for her 3/5 performance in the championship game, has climbed five spots to a career-best third place, and Sneh Rana has climbed five spots to a career-best tenth place.

The explosive India opener Shafali Verma (up one spot to seventh) and skipper Harmanpreet Kaur (up three spots to 14th) have risen in the most recent update. In contrast, left-arm spinner Rajeshwari Gayakwad has climbed 15 spots to 17th in the bowlers’ list.
