Matthew Hadden joins Pakistan Squad

Pakistan New batting consultant Matthew Hadden has joined the Pakistani Squad at the ICC Cricket Academy and participated in the first training session as well. Hadden was one of the most destructive batsmen during his time for Team Australia. He was appointed to Pakistan Coaching staff for the T20 World Cup. The former Australian cricketer retired in 2012 and was inducted into the Australian Cricket Hall of Fame in 2017. Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Ramiz Raja announced

“It might be positive to have an Australian occupying the dressing room. The aim is to help our team in every possible way,”

According to Ramiz Raja, it is the need of the hour to bring Matthew as a batting consultant for Team Pakistan. Haddin also said in an interview that he is very excited to be a part of the Pakistani dressing room and he is looking forward to the T20 World Cup. He believes that Pakistan has the potential to win the World Cup. Raja also told the press that Hayden was a world-class player who can bring Aggression in the Pakistani Team
