Pakistan defeats UAE by 71 runs thanks to bowlers like Aliya Riaz.

At the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium (SICS), on Sunday, Pakistan defeated UAE by a score of 71 runs thanks to an undefeated half-century from Aliya Riaz. With eight points from four games and second place on the points table, Pakistan’s victory also secures their spot in the semi-final.

Pakistan was given the opportunity to bat but lost their opening batsman Sidra Amin (two off six) in the fourth over with 14 runs already scored. In the eighth over, Pakistan had 41 for three, putting them in trouble. Captain Bismah Maroof joined Muneeba, but the left-handed Bismah left without scoring after hitting seven off 12 balls, and Omaima Sohail was out on the first ball.
