Kandy’s batting woes continue as they suffer a crushing defeat to Galle

B-Love Kandy’s batting has been found wanting twice in the Lanka Premier League so far, with their latest crushing defeat being their worst ever in the tournament. Galle, on the other hand, are looking like strong frontrunners early on thanks to a win that owed a lot to Tim Seifert’s 39-ball 74. With the likes of Shakib, Shanaka, and Rajapaksa in the side, Galle have power hitters right throughout their batting lineup, which was exactly what was needed on a sticky wicket.
