Joe Root showcased his T20 prowess in a sensational innings that guided the Paarl Royals to a thrilling eight-wicket victory over the Pretoria Capitals on Saturday. Root’s unbeaten 92 off 60 balls anchored the Royals’ successful chase of 212/5, sealing the win with just two balls to spare.
