Batting first, Mumbai Indians made a total of 182 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the match with Cameron Green making the most 41 runs in 23 deliveries for the team followed by Suryakumar Yadav with 33 runs in 20 deliveries.
Naveen-ul-Haq took four wickets for Lucknow Super Giants in the match with Yash Thakur taking three wickets along with Mohsin Khan taking a wicket. Lucknow Super Giants conceded sixteen extras to Mumbai Indians while bowling.
Lucknow Super Giants made a total of 101 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in 16.3 overs. Marcus Stoinis made the most 40 runs for the team in 27 deliveries followed by Kyle Mayers with 18 runs in 13 deliveries.
Akash Madhwal took five-for for Mumbai Indians in the match with Chris Jordan and Piyush Chawla taking a wicket each. Mumbai Indians conceded ten extras to Lucknow Super Giants while bowling.
Mumbai Indians won the match by 81 runs and qualify for Qualifier 2.
