The Amazon Warriors have defeated the Tallawahs in a crucial clash, thanks to an inspired performance from Azam Khan in the batting department and a power-packed performance with the ball.

Azam Khan scored a half-century to help the Amazon Warriors post a strong total on the board. The Tallawahs’ batting lineup, on the other hand, crumbled under scoreboard pressure, with only Imad Wasim reaching double figures.

Imran Tahir was the star of the show with the ball, picking up three wickets in just 2.2 overs. Dwaine Pretorius also chipped in with two wickets.

In the end, the gap between the two sides was too large, and the Amazon Warriors cruised to victory.

This victory is a huge boost for the Amazon Warriors, who are now well on their way to the finals. The Tallawahs, on the other hand, are disappointed to not defend their title.

Brief Scorecard:

Jamaica Tallawahs 101-9 in 15.2 overs (Imad Wasim 43*; Imran Tahir 3-7, Dwaine Pretorius 2-21)
