Narine shines as KKR dismantle RCB

By on May 7, 2017

KKR’s top order fired once more as they got off to a rapid start, making light work of RCB’s stuttering 158 posted earlier in the day in just 15.1 overs. Returning to the side, Chris Lynn set the tone by making an impressive 50 from 22 deliveries, only to be eclipsed by his opening partner Sunil Narine who recorded the joint fastest ever half century in IPL history, achieving the milestone within 17 balls. The chase was then completed with modest contributions from Colin de Grandhomme (31), Gautham Gambhir (14) and Manish Pandey (4*).
